People have the inherent political power. Government is ultimately subordinate to the will of the people and must respect their collective aspirations. We seek massive enlistment of the people to give the peace agenda the numerical strength that cannot be denied.
The collective will of the people pushes the government to use its formal institutions to effect necessary change or the people can choose to take direct action. We welcome governments to join but often governments are compromised.
The North Atlantic Peace Organization needs all stakeholders involved (individuals, organizations, governments) to strengthen our simple plan to secure global peace and deter aggression from the usual human rights violators. We can create a peaceful world full of prosperity.
